Assist in Market linkage support to Self Help Groups (SHGs) / People Organization(POs) / Cluster of SHGs;
Assist in Handholding support to SHGs and Cluster level groups;
Facilitation in moving up the value chain;
Capacity building of SHG and secondary stakeholders on marketing;
Value chain mapping of produce with market surplus in each cluster;
Formation of cluster level organizations and capacitation to manage marketing activities in a sustainable manner;
Assist SHGs/ Cluster of SHGs in getting bank loans;
Assist Peoples Organization (POs) / Cluster of SHGs in getting registration;
Coordinate and convergence with other department with respect to sustainable development of the SHGs/ Cluster of SHGs/ Peoples Organization (POs);
Assist and advise members of resource organization (LET)/CBT in performing their tasks in the assigned area;
Assist the concerned staff of division/ range offices in conducting baseline survey of micro planning, PRA, Micro plan preparation, treatment plan for the plantation of the assigned area;
Assist the concerned staff of division/ range offices in supervising the performance of members of resource organization (LET) in the assigned area;
Assist PMU in dissemination of guidelines, manuals, handbooks, policies, programmes plans etc. prepared at PMU level to the concerned division/ range officers and the resource organizations;
Assist PMU in developing and implementing training programmes; Assist the concerned division offices in holding division level annual review meetings;
Assist PMU and the concerned division offices in preparing Project evaluation plan, Phase out plan and facilitation the conduct of the same;
Other assignments related to GFDP as given by APCCF, PMU/CCFs/DCFs from time to time.
