Posts Name :
• Management Trainee (MT)
Incumbent should be a MBA (FULL TIME COURSE) with specialization in Marketing with First Class and have passed his / her MBA with above specialization in the year 2016. MBA with B.Sc Agriculture will be given additional preference. Incumbent should be ready to work any where in India.
Age : 30 Years Max.
• Graduate Trainee
Incumbent should be a B.Sc in Agriculture (FULL TIME COURSE) with First Class and have passed his / her B.Sc with Agriculture specialization in the year 2016. Incumbent should be ready to work any where in India.
Age : 25 Years Max
• Diploma Trainee
Incumbent should be a Diploma in Agriculture (FULL TIME COURSE) with First Class and have passed his / her Diploma in Agriculture in the year 2016. Incumbent should be ready to work any where in India.
Age : 23 Years Max

Note :
• Selected candidate may be placed ANY WHERE IN INDIA.
• The candidates having passed Full Time Course from Govt. / AICTE / GTU approved reputed Colleges / Institutes / Polytechnics only will be considered. Kindly note that candidates with over qualification will not be considred for the interview.
• Knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
• The candidate will be initially taken on one (01) year traineeship and may be absorbed on contract, if work performance meets the expectation of Management during traineeship.
• The selected candidates will be taken as Management Trainee / Graduate Trainee and required to execute a "Training cum Service Agreement" for the amount of Rs.2.5 lacs for the period of 5 (Five) years.
• Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy.
