Posts Name : Assistant Operator/Junior Operator
Educational Qualification: Completed B.Sc (Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 55% and passed NCVT Exam in Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) Trade OR
Completed B.Sc (Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 55% and having minimum one-year relevant experience as Field Operator OR
Completed B.Sc (Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 55%, completed M.Sc (Chemistry) and having minimum one-year relevant experience as Field Operator. All courses must be full-time from the recognized and reputed institution.
Experience: Should have 1 year of relevant experience as Field Operator or should have passed NCVT Exam in Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) Trade
Age Limit: ot more than 27 years as on 22/06/2017
Monthly Emoluments (Rs) : The selected candidate shall undergo contractual appointment for 3 years and contract renewal shall be subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Company.
On completion of contractual period, he/she shall be absorbed in regular grade of the Company subject to satisfactory performance and requirement at that time and shall be required to execute a Service Agreement for three years of Rs.1,00,000/-
B. Sc holders shall be paid monthly lump-sum remuneration of Rs. 9,500/- per month. Annual increment of Rs. 400/- shall be given.
M. Sc holders shall be paid monthly lump-sum remuneration of Rs. 10,500/- per month. Annual increment of Rs. 500/- shall be given.
