SBI Internet Banking facility will be closed if you have not yet registered your mobile number

One of the most important news came to the customers of the country's largest bank SBI. After 1 December, your banking Internet service may be discontinued. This information has been provided by SBI. SBI has given its information on onlinesbi.com on its official website. According to this data, if you are currently using SBI Internet Banking, but you have not yet registered your mobile number with the bank, by 1 December.




The bank has been informed that if you did not do this by December 1, 2018, your internet banking would be blocked. You will then not be able to deal with Internet banking.

According to the information provided by SBI, you will have to go to your branch to update your mobile number. Here you register your mobile number. So, do not obstruct any of your facilities.

Register to continue the Net Banking facility

The bank has informed the customers on its Internet Banking website 'Onlinesbi' that if you do not register the mobile number in the branch, then you can not get the facility of net banking later on. If your number is a registrar at the bank, then you do not have to do anything. SBI has informed that INB subscribers will pay special attention. If you have not registered your mobile number yet, please register in the branch and register your number. If you do not do this then your internet banking facility will be closed on 1 December 2018.

RBI issued 6 July 2017 circular

Reserve Bank of India, on 6 July 2017, told the banks in the circular issued that it would mandate their customers to register for SMS and email alerts compulsory registration.
